Hi

I've been pretty absent, sorry. We do have a lot potentially on plate for 2012. Want to kick off discussion for us to put together our plan for the year ... this is required by the Management Team for overall planning.

From the Board Face to Face meeting in Seattle in October, some goals were laid out.

ACTION: Henk have AoA ready for vote before 1 April 2012
ACTION: SWG needs to review “Memorandum of Association”
ACTION: Dermot to get SWG to explore Core Values
 
Dermot did some work on values and goals (which got interesting)
