[Tagging] Deleted relations

Hi

Is there a way to see if a relation has been removed from a way?

The History web page doesn't display them & reverting the way to a 
previous version doesn't re-add them.

Also I'm getting an application error when trying to view a big relation 
in a web page:

http://www.openstreetmap.org/browse/relation/2204

Is there a way to overcome this problem?
