[Tagging] Easy question: _link tags for U turn/cut throughs?

I often tag them as links, but it really depends on the situation: if it is
a main part of the road with heavy traffic I tend to tag it higher (e.g. on
a secondary-road it will remain a secondary, while if it's hardly used I
consider it smaller and tag it unclassified). IMHO it really doesn't matter,
if not graphically in renderings, at least not for routing.
