[Tagging] Mapping historic ruins

I'm not sure of the area you're trying to map, but instead of POIs I'll usually trace out a discarded building and tag as building=yes, historic=ruins yes and it'll be rendered, along with its name, i.e.:

  http://osm.org/go/TnQKF6IBa--
