I don't think barrier=swing_gate is really needed. Its still a type of 
gate, so it should just be tagged barrier=gate. Maybe plus something 
like gate=swing.
Isn't a swing gate just a normal gate anyway?

I'd agree that barrier=turnstile is a good idea - its already listed on 
the Key:barrier page, but without any description.
But is a separate tag for full height turnstiles needed? Can't you just 
tag it as barrier=turnstile, plus height= ?

Also for turnstiles, worth specifying that they are (usually) one-way, 
and some way of mapping that. Probably a small length of highway=path 
etc on each side, with one-way=yes.
