[Tagging] [Talk-us] how to tag US townships?

Not that it matters greatly for this discussion, but in Minnesota
municipalities do include cities and townships. Ex:
https://www.revisor.mn.gov/statutes/?year=2010&id=462.352 (subd. 2) or
https://www.revisor.mn.gov/statutes/?id=200.02 (subd. 9).  Definitions
aren't the same in every state...
