[Tagging] power=tower or pole?

Another complication: all examples but one on
http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Tag:power%3Dpole are metal with
trusses. These do seem to be more similar visually to the large
circular poles than the more complicated towers, so I would support
keeping these as poles. The major difference seems to be that these
vertical members are almost parallel, unlike those on
http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/File:Benkid77_Puddington-Shotwick_footpath_24_110809.JPG
which flare out at the base. Does this sound like a reasonable line to
draw?
