[Tagging] power=tower or pole?

Pole seems to be the most common word. It seems that the narrow
lattice poles are not used much; they don't appear in
http://www.hydroquebec.com/learning/transport/types-pylones.html,
http://www.srpnet.com/electric/transmission/#5 or
http://books.google.com/books?id=Zbrq26QZ7LsC&pg=PA577&lpg=PA577 for
example. "Narrow-base lattice" looks like a common enough term for
these: http://www.google.com/search?q=%22narrow+base%22+lattice+transmission

Perhaps we can just specify that these should be tagged power=pole
pole=narrow_base_lattice?

When I get a chance I'm going to compile a table of all the different
types I can find.
