[Tagging] sneaking in tags in the wiki

Actually I'd say that it should be placed on the real position of the
sign (that is aside the road), because otherwise you would have
problems determining for whom it is intended.

I see that it is consistent with "stop", but probably also "stop"
would be better tagged traffic_sign. Still I think these issues would
have been solved by a discussion prior to adding brainstorming stuff
directly as "established" tags into the wiki.
