these are nice to get a summary on what has happened on the
communication channels, but there you won't catch silent wiki
amendments either. People should either announce when they introduce
a new key/tag (or update an existing one, what should be the
exception) or they should put it on their own namespace in the wiki
(or both).

In disputed cases votings are an established procedure that does at
least offer a way to solve them, even if itself disputed.
