[Tagging] Combo Weight Bridges

Alright, I have a small bridge locally that has a duel weight limits on it.  One for normal and one combo.  This is the bridge in question: http://www.openstreetmap.org/browse/way/69968204
 
The sign goes as follows: (I can also provide a picture of it later if it's needed)

=
WEIGHT
LIMIT
16
TONS
=
EXCEPT
COMBINATIONS
26
TONS
 
Now, I know the easy part is the default max weight tag "maxweight | 16 tons"
But how should the other limit be put in play? Something like this? "maxweight:combo | 26 tons"?
 
As far as I know, this is a Pennsylvania (USA) only thing since it's not covered in the 2009 MUTCD, or even the 2003 one.
 
So, any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
