The seamark tag panel in the Dolphin page was without any explanation, which I have now fixed. Stephan, as regards your proposal, I suggest you take a look at the common usage of the tag "mooring" for ideas about sub-tags. In particular, those relating to permissions & conditions of use would be most useful.
