Perhaps the trade "group" might be used:
http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Tag:shop%3Dtrade although maybe 
in the current case it is not really aiming at "professionals"
as well as retail.

But it might form a template for another more suitable group:
I suppose shop=specialist, specialist = forestry|rat_extermination|...
or whatever.
