I'm not sure of the wording either. I would like to use this tag for  
slightly elevated places like this:
http://www.openstreetmap.org/?lat=54.9465&lon=83.4497&zoom=12&layers=C

The elevated area from SW to NE in the place is a place along which you  
can walk in any weather, not worrying if its dry or not, there are no  
streams, snow melts earlier and it gets dry faster.
