[Tagging] Railway stations not for passenger use

Hi,

Couldn't find anything on the wiki, is there a more granular scheme
for tagging railway stations/halts?

E.g. how to distinguish form stations/halts that are for public
transport (passenger use) vs. strictly cargo, service, passing, etc.?

Right now we have a case where this info is added to the station name
as +(no passengers), which IMHO is not ideal:
