[Tagging] Amenity swimming_pool (was Amenity parking)

those should both go to leisure, not to amenity. (leisure=pitch and
leisure=swimming_pool). You can add sport=tennis / swimming (probably
not so important for the latter).

I also map them and add access=private for private ones.
