[Tagging] Proposed feature - age groups in schools

In Spain there are schools named concerted, these are schools that are
subsidized schools with public money but are organized by a private
structure.

There aren't «public» (or «state_school») and there aren't «private»
schools... Must name these schools with something like «concerted» or
«mixt»?
