No problem.
The Extended Conditions version is fine, but you did not solve the Conditional Restrictions version either.
(I will leave the challenge open for other people and send you the solution in a private mail.)

Second sentence of the proposal: "A tag with conditions will only have an effect if all conditions are valid."
