FYI, node numbering is the bright idea they use in Northern Belgium 
<http://www.openstreetmap.org/?lat=50.92&lon=5.167&zoom=11&layers=C> (Le 
plat pays) for their cycling network.
As you can see <http://www.openstreetmap.org/browse/node/352628173>, 
it's a rcn_ref 
<http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Key:rcn%20ref?uselang=fr> = 315 
indeed.  (regional cycling network)
But as you can see too 
<http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Cycle_routes#Tagging_Cycle_Route_Networks>, 
rcn_ref is normally applied to ways.
Applying it to nodes is a national extension.
Probably only OCM supports it.
