That's a good start.  If these are part of a cycleway network, the wiki has
additional guidance for tagging node-style cycleway networks, and I would
encourage the additional tagging.  In the US, the networks are sorted by
LCN for city/county/region, RCN for state and NCN for the US bicycle route
system (still somewhat amorphous).
