[Tagging] business closed for renovation - tagging best practice

There is a fast food franchise site which is closed for renovation in my vicinity.  Two questions:
* Would you support or recommend tagging a transient state like 'closed for renovation'?
* If one were to indicate temporary closure, how would one do this?  In the case of renovation, would one use a construction-related tag?
