[Tagging] Follow-up on Time Domains

Hi everybody,

last year, I started an RFC to properly define time domains. Unfortunately, due to lack of time I wasn't able to follow-up on this. I would like to revive the discussion.

In the meantime, I had a look at the compatibility of existing opening_hours values wrt the time domains proposal:

Green color: value is allowed by the time domain specification
Red color: value is not allowed by the time domain specification
