[Tagging] Some problems with representing highways as areas

areas for directional highways can be mapped _additionally_ as area:highway=* but you should not  delete the linear graph.

highway=* together with area=yes is for highway areas that are not directional (I.e. they're omnidirectional).

footway and area=yes does not make sense to me, as this would usually be pedestrian, no?
