[Tagging] man_made=adit_entrance

In the US the term "adit" appears on at least some USGS 7.5 minute
topo maps.  The ones I have explored fit this part of the Wikipedia
definition: "Adits are also used to explore for mineral veins" (as
opposed to a general mine entrance).
