At a real, existing office with working people, it's possible that I
want to go there to apply for a job, to talk to them about an idea, in
special cases to buy something in personal, even if they usually don't
do that by personal contact there.
Another use case is to know what's common in an area. OSM helps me to
see areas with lot's of shops, banks, restaurants and bars - but it's
difficult to see areas with many offices, like a technology park with
lot's of startup offices or something similar.
Here Offices even where they are not a local common point of contact to
that company are helpful, but not yet mapped as often as it could be.
Again: This does not qualify to map a post box where no office is there,
it does not qualify to map a shop where it's only an office operating a
web shop; but IMHO adding an office is worth it for several use cases as
described above.
