[Tagging] Minor update of JOSM style "Lane and road attributes"

Hi!

After the major update of JOSM yesterday I made a small update for the
style "Lane and road attributes" [1] which renders many lane properties
while editing:
* Road markings for turning lanes are now rendered much more precisely.
This was already available for a long time but disabled by default because
of a huge memory leak which was fixed in the latest JOSM update (thanks to
the developers again!). Just try
turn:lanes=slight_left;left;sharp_left|slight_right;right;sharp_right .
* Most style settings (including support for left-hand traffic) can now be
configured using Edit -> Settings -> Display settings -> Colours. See [1]
