[Tagging] About new landuses and superiority of cascading tag schemes

I fully agree.
The usage of subcategories (or more levels of cascading) is a great
idea. Especially in case of farming landuse this idea could create a
more structured tagging scheme. I think that a meadow should be tagged
as landuse=farmland and farmland=meadow instead of landuse=meadow
because it's only a variant of farmland (And maybe also an orchard
should be tagged as landuse=farmland and farmland=orchard instead of
landuse=orchard for the same reason).
Furthermore you idea of using subcategories for landuse purposes helped
me to find a better tagging scheme for my own proposal (fieldmargins *1,
I've already changed my proposal to use "cascading landuse tags").
