[Tagging] Former tram lines: disused, abandoned or razed?

He wrote that they were visible, at least partly (quote: "which often is of
so bad quality that you can see the tracks and deduce the tram path even
without looking older maps." and "Therefore, the rails are still there,
just not used."). And the requirement for railway=abandoned is indeed that
they are not used (this is also the requirement for railway=disused) and
further that they cannot simply be reused (what is the criterion for
disused)
