[Tagging] Feature Proposal - Voting - leaf_type and leaf_cycle

Hi all,

I startet the voting for the proposal:

- "leaf_type=*" describes the type of leaves, such as broadleaved or 
needleleaved.
- "leaf_cycle=*" describes the phenology of leaves, such as evergreen 
or deciduous.
