It's within the realm of plant hire, so perhaps something like:

   business=yes
   business_industry=plant_hire
   business_product=fork_lift

ensuring a hierarchy of generic -> specific tagging?

Speaking more generally, there exist several taxonomies and schemas,
from which we could borrow.
