[Tagging] addr:interpolation on highway

JOSM's validator presently complains if any "addr" tags are on a
"highway".  The code
note says the author wanted to catch highway=residential / addr:postcode
type tagging.

But it also complains on this tagging:

   highway=residential
   addr:interpolation=all
   addr:housenumber=100-500

Which seems pretty clean and nice. I experimented with it here:

Thoughts on this type of tagging? The Karlsruhe wiki is not clear on this
point.
I like the tagging, at least until such time as individual address points
are later added.
It's fast, clear, uncluttered, and stable as things are improved with
better imagery.
