[Tagging] Agreement on units and tagging for maxstay?

We recently got a request to add the `maxstay` field to iD’s parking preset. This seems like a useful field, but the currently tagged values for maxstay are a mess: http://taginfo.openstreetmap.org/keys/?key=maxstay#values <http://taginfo.openstreetmap.org/keys/?key=maxstay#values>

This seems partly because OSM encourages certain values to be tagged with standard SI unit abbreviations (a good thing), but we don’t have any guidance on tagging values for times.

I’d like to propose to add to this page, guidelines for tagging times that follow the conventions established in other fields with units.

Measure: Time
Default SI unit: Seconds? (no strong preference here)

Explicit specifications:
Seconds: `s`
Minutes: `min`
Days: `day`
Weeks: `wk`
with examples using `maxstay` tag.

I’d like to propose to update this page to use tagging detailed above.

Thanks!
Bryan
