[Tagging] Feature Proposal - RFC - Discourage amenity=swimming pool

Hi all,

I have created a proposal page to explicitly mark the tag
amenity=swimming_pool as deprecated in the wiki:

The proposal is deliberately rather basic and does not contain a lot
of documentation on suggested subtags,
