I agree with the 'Elsan' being a brand name .. like Asprin. Something 
open source people try to avoid.

And it is not really a 'disposal' .. but a 'collection' point.

Disposal implying the place where something is permanently placed at the 
end of its life?

Collection - where something is placed for removal to another place?
