[Tagging] AddrN

This seems like a problem better handled by indoor mapping individual
suites inside a building <http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Indoor_Mapping>,
unless I'm fundamentally missing the concept and this is about buildings
who have multiple addresses valid for all suites.
