[Tagging] Electronic or 'e' cigarettes?

Yes, I also think this is one of the more common shops that has no
clear defined tag.

Currently, the most common tag is shop=e-cigarette:

e-cigarette x170
e_cigarette x10
electronic_cigarettes x8
electronic_cigarette x4
e-cigarettes x6

I understand your argument in favour of shop=electronic_cigarettes. If
you think it's worth it, feel free to start a proposal to change the
name.
