[Tagging] Tagging Voting system- time for reform?

Martin,

Let me elaborate on what I mean by this not being the right forum.

I agree with you that it should be. The problem is that in my time on
this list- I've seen some pretty wacky ideas that go against what I
think most OSMers would consider good tagging.

I'd be worried about the results.
