[Tagging] How to tag traffic islands ?

It's the lane in the middle of the road that has solid yellow outer lines and dashed yellow inner lines. You slow down before entering this lane, and just before you're about to stop, you move into that lane to pull out to make your turn (or queue up behind other vehicles waiting to make the same turn). Not always identified with the white markings in that lane visible, but always identified by the outer solid/inner dashed yellow pattern (at least in North America).
