[Tagging] How to tag traffic islands ?

No, those turn lanes are not traffic islands. Many larger highways in have
these specially marked center lanes that are used only by vehicles wanting
to turn off the highway. Here's a shot of one on a road I frequently use in
Eugene, Oregon
