I agree (in case that was not clear), I'd also map it as 2 nodes (for compatibility reasons). Just if you really wanted to say, this is one box with both, and not 2 boxes, then I'd rather use a new tag instead of "phone;defibrillator" because the latter doesn't make it clear.
