OK, there are also other issues:
1. the proposal seems to suggest that there is only one "main seat" of a
ministry, but in Germany we had the historical situation of many ministries
divided between Berlin and Bonn as part of the compromise to move the
government to Berlin. IMHO it doesn't make sense to exclude those
"seondary" seats from the tag, like the proposal currently seems to do.
2. as the topic is vast, I think we should further define how to deal with
various situations and what to include, what to exclude, I would rather
like to see this proposal mature a bit and not rush to vote so soon.

E.g.:
courthouses ?
prisons?
(I guess those are excluded from this tag, because they aren't "offices"?
But they do have offices? Shall we add the office tag to those offices
only?)
police offices (btw. these exist on various hierarchic levels AND topics,
e.g. forest police, postal police, military police, tax police AND state
police, municipal police, national police, ...)

Generally, offices exist on various levels and sublevels, one of the most
interesting attributes (IMHO) would be to distinguish those without access
for the public from those where the public has to go to accomplish certain
official procedures, e.g. get a passport or a driving license, ask for a
building permission etc.

Cheers,
Martin
