[Tagging] Elevation and height on vertical features

Beside intentionally tagged elevation such as peaks, I found a lot
of nodes in the data, that appear to come directly from
GPX trackpoints/waypoints. They sometimes have an incredible
number of digits for resolution such as 395.38509818
