[Tagging] subway_entrance

E.g. JOSM and OSM.org render the nodes differently: railway=subway_entrance
is given priority, so that what's seen on the map is just the subway
entrance (U or door), loosing the lift icon. So in terms of current
rendering, an object with both highway=elevator +  railway=subway_entrance
is not useful to a user with reduced mobility.
