[Tagging] Deprecating of leisure=common and leisure=village_green

"urban_green" sounds OK to tag more or less cared for areas of more or less
intentional planted (or maybe left untreated on purpose) areas (flowers,
grass, bushes, etc.) I would suggest landuse=urban_green
(although this is also needed in villages which might not be "urban").
