[Tagging] mapping telecom street cabinets

Hi Martin,

Not a single answer to this question but possibilities :
medium (taginfo = 89) = fiber or copper
telecom:medium (taginfo = 225)  = fiber or copper

Ongoing draft proposal :
https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Proposed_features/Telecom_local_loop

Choice hasn't been made.
It may be good to imitate pipeline's substance=* with medium=*

Side question : some cabinets are designed for both copper and fiber, have
we to tag them with medium=copper;fiber or medium:fiber=yes +
medium:copper=yes ?


Not so simple but good to talk about :)
