Thank you for these. I had found these low number tags: optical_fiber=yes
(on an object with pipeline=marker) and my own placeholder tag was
optical_transmission=yes
and a telephone exchange (n4154296246) with "fibre_enabled=yes". I think
I'll go with telecom:medium=fibre.
