[Tagging] shop=fuel

There are general stores (shop= ) that sell fuel too ...
I'd much rather have a tag that will work for any product ... like "sells"
sells=fuel
then more specific if required
fuel:[whatever fuel]=yes
This tag should work for any product ... sells=bread ... there are fuel
shops that sell bread too.
