In Western Europe you go to a supermarket :-) And most likely you
will find a fuel station on the premises as well.
But I understand that the situation is not the same all over the world.
But your shopping list is pretty vague. As you already indicate by
your sentence about fuel brand, the same is true for all the products
you list here: Which type of milk do you want: UTC, full-cream,
half-cream, in glass bottles, pet, 1-liter bottles or smaller ?
When I know that a shop is a supermarket, I know there will be a
choice for milk.
When a shop is a bakery I know that I can chose between different
breads and in my country I know which other products I can expect.
If you just have shop=yes and bread=yes I have no idea whether it is a
bakery or a farmer selling 1 type of bread.
For local people a shop type tells much more than an incomplete list of products
