using access tags on amenity=parking is common practice (mainly in a generic fashion like access=customers), it could be hgv=designated, vehicle=no for a truck only parking.

On the other hand, there is amenity =bicycle_parking and motorcycle_parking, so truck_parking would be consistent as well.

I'd prefer the latter, if it's a dedicated truck parking, not sure about access or capacity (sub)tags for mixed parking (allowing "yes" as value).
