[Tagging] Traffic training area ("Verkehrsübungsplatz" in German)

Ho to tag such an area?
How to tag one for adults (real motor vehicles)?
How to tag one for kids (typically on bicycles)

Background: I looked in Germany for inspiration and found a myriad of
different tagging approaches.
I am sure these training facilities exist in other countries, but I have
trouble finding even translations for "Verkehrsübungsplatz".

Any help/suggestions.
